Juan Carlos Mu\u00f1oz Saucedo, Representante de Gobernaci\u00f3n en la Regi\u00f3n, C. Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Dom\u00ednguez Ayala, Enlace Regional de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, C. Juan Carlos Salinas Villamil, del Centro Nacional de Inteligencia, el Ing.
